You may qualify if Natera performed Panorama or Horizon tests in the U.S. between July 2019 and September 2026 and billed you over $249/$349.
Payout
How much could I get?
People with verified payments above $249 or $349 receive a share of the settlement fund. Others may receive up to $50. Actual payments depend on the available funds and approved claims.

How hard is it to file?
Find your Class Member ID in the settlement notice to file online. IDs starting with A identify the higher-payment group. IDs starting with B identify the group eligible for up to $50.

Check the top of your email or postcard notice sent on or after October 2, 2026. Your ID starts with A or B, followed by numbers, such as A12345678.
