MDLIVE users who signed in and used patient.mdlive.com between May 30, 2023, and August 11, 2025, with an active Facebook or Google account.
Payout
How much could I get?
You may receive up to $15 cash for an approved claim. Payments depend on court approval and the settlement's $3.5 million total cost limit.
