Who may qualify?
California Kaiser members who could not get timely mental health or addiction care and paid for out-of-network treatment after January 1, 2021.

Eligible members may recover some or all of their out-of-pocket costs. Payments depend on documented expenses and Kaiser's review. No fixed payment is guaranteed.

You must provide your Kaiser membership number, provider details, itemized bills, and payment records. You may need to upload several documents.

Where to look for your claim ID or notice
Check Kaiser's email or mailed notice for your Notice ID Code and Confirmation Code. Your Kaiser membership number is also on your membership card or kp.org.
What to do if you cannot find your claim ID
