Who may qualify?
U.S. residents who had an Atrium Health Patient Portal account between January 1, 2015 and April 10, 2024.
Payout
How much could I get?
Group 1 users receive a pro rata share of the remaining $1.5 million fund. Group 2 users may receive up to $10.
