John Deere - Large Agricultural Equipment Repairs
Deere allegedly withheld repair tools for large agricultural equipment, forcing customers to use authorized dealers and pay more for repair services.
Eligibility
Who may qualify?
People or businesses that bought repairs for John Deere large agricultural equipment from Deere or authorized dealers from January 10, 2018 through May 18, 2026.
Payout
How much could I get?
Your payment is based on your share of eligible repair labor hours. Repairs paid directly or through a purchased extended warranty may count. Deere factory-warranty repairs do not.
Filing effort
How hard is it to file?
Filing is easier with a prefilled notice. Without one, you must provide equipment PINs and records for the repair services you claim.
Claim ID help
How do I find my claim ID or notice?
Where to look for your claim ID or notice
The Notice ID and Confirmation Code are at the top of the postcard or email. Equipment PINs are 13- or 17-character codes found on the machine, receipt, or invoice.
What to do if you cannot find your claim ID
If you cannot find the notice, call 1-844-644-4294 or email [email protected]. You can still file without a notice if you provide repair records.
