Who may qualify?
U.S. purchasers who bought a qualifying 48-inch-or-taller Bestway pool with outside compression straps from a retailer for personal use, sold 2008–2024.

You may get $40 without proof, which may be reduced pro rata, or 10% of the purchase price or average retail price with valid proof.
