Eligibility
Who may qualify?
You may qualify if you were an LHH patient in 2022–2023, or received a qualifying privacy notice for an LHH stay.
Payout
How much could I get?
Confidentiality Class members get $750. Patients’ Rights Class members get $1,000 plus an extra payment based on days at LHH.

No loss proof is needed, but the online payment election requires the CPT ID and Passcode from your notice.
