Farmers settled claims that certain insurance agents made marketing calls or texts to phone numbers on the National Do-Not-Call Registry.
Eligibility
Who may qualify?
You may qualify if listed records show you received two or more Farmers marketing calls or texts from April 19, 2020 through June 15, 2026.
Payout
How much could I get?
Valid claims receive a pro rata cash payment from the $1.25 million fund, capped at $160 per claimant.

How hard is it to file?
Filing is short, but you should have the Claimant ID from your settlement notice and must sign the claim form.
