Eligibility
Who may qualify?
Living U.S. residents whose private information was impacted in Chimienti & Associates’ March 2024 cyberattack may qualify, unless an exclusion applies.
Payout
How much could I get?
Class members may claim up to $5,000 for documented losses or $100 alternate cash, plus two years of credit monitoring. Payments may be reduced pro rata.
