Who may qualify?
U.S. residents who originally bought an eligible iPhone in the U.S. from June 10, 2024 through March 29, 2025, expecting certain Siri AI features.
Payout
How much could I get?
Valid claims receive $25 per eligible device, adjusted based on claims and costs, with a maximum of $95 per device.

The form is short, but you need your iPhone serial number or your Apple Account email and the phone number tied to the iPhone.
